The assessment is not based on your net worth, your industry, your title, or your network. It is based on whether the way you intend to use the estate is consistent with the protocol that keeps it functional for everyone else.

The protocol is simple: no social performance, no content extraction, no distortion of the shared environment. Members who cannot operate without an audience, who convert everything they experience into output for others, or who require facilitation and instruction to use unstructured time are not aligned. This is not a judgment. It is a design constraint.

Visits are charged separately at the applicable cycle rate each time you come. Accommodation, meals, and service access are included in the cycle charge.

The model mirrors a private club structure: you pay to be a member, and you pay to use the space. The membership fee does not purchase visits. It purchases access.

More specifically: the Ujani backwaters at Bhigwan offer a natural environment with low sensory demand. Open water, flat terrain, minimal ambient sound, and a sky that is dark enough at night to see the Milky Way without equipment. These are not incidental features. They are structural ones.

The location was not chosen for its aesthetics. It was chosen because the environment already does much of what the estate's design is attempting before any deliberate intervention.
